You already understand the law. The question is, can you resolve the conflict?
This June, the Kenya School of Law is offering a 40-hour Mediation Training designed for students in the Advocates Training Programme and those in pupillage who want to build real, practical skills beyond the classroom.
Dates: 8th – 12th June 2026
Venue: KSL, Karen Campus
Through live simulations, guided role-plays, and hands-on sessions, you will learn how to:
- Lead and manage mediation sessions with confidence
- Read between the lines and uncover what parties really want
- Break deadlocks and move negotiations forward
- Help parties reach workable, lasting agreements
